"Immortals" Test Trailer, Please watch!

Here you go, this is a project I am heading up here in Tampa. Basically, there are alot of talented people who do alot of great stunt fighting and stage fighting work with weapons in the Tampa Bay area, with all the Ren Fairs, Medieval Shows, and Pirate Festivals here. Unfortunetly, most of these people never get their work on film. So I wanted to create a series of films to let them do just that. I am also a highlander fan, and what better way to have fight scenes with swords in modern urban areas, as well as occasional fights from times long past(flash backs), than to use premises behind highlander. So, this is a fan film series, and an outlet for local stunt and stage fighters to get their work on film.

The basic idea of the show is that it will be filmed like "Heroes" where the show follows the stories of many different immortals, with many sub plots, that eventually lead to a single main plot line.

The first 6 episodes have been written, and filming has begun. We plan to get a website created that will give alot of info about the stories of each character and such, as well as have the 10 - 15 minute episodes online to watch. The first 'season' planned will be 10 to 12 of these short episodes.

This trailer was a surprise to me, But thanks to Mike, our camera guy and editor, for putting this together really quick from the silly, quickly choreograhped (10 minutes) fight test shoots we did awhile back and the some of the watcher footage we took last saturday. I can't wait to get some footage of our actual fight scenes that we actually put time into, lol.

We will tweak this abunch. We will be shortening it up a bit, taking out scenes that may be in there twice, making the fight sequences cut faster, cutting the quickening faster, etc.. and changing some things around so that Leo Ambros doesn't seem like the immortal going around shooting people and such, because thats not the story of the show, lol.
