Yes, Seal sung Who Wants To Live Forever in 1992 at The Freddie Mercury Tribute concert. He talks about it in one of the 'behind the scenes' documentaries. When he watched Highlander for the first time and the song came on he started to cry (haven't we all) and it became one of his favourite songs.

I watched part of The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert just a few weeks ago. It was broadcast on our local Public Television station during a fund raiser for PBS programming. The part that I watched included this rendition by Seal. It was amazing! I also had never seen or heard of this.
