The Knights of Charlemagne may want to fear being held to account for what they paid others to do. I enjoy these. Sometimes I laugh at Methos' comments. I think you brought in his "official" chronicle up there. I remember it.

Thanks for the lists of deleted and missing Immortals, my friend. It'll help me when i go through my own records of active/inactive Immortals and any that aren't on the lists i'll post to get updates.

Meanwhile, as for Alvarez's first kill, his teacher will show up later in the Spaniard's chronicle when he comes looking for payback.

    Meanwhile...

    THE CHRONICLE OF ROMAN ALVAREZ

    Angelico Borizo

    Age: 405
    Known aliases: Angelo Bosio
    Notable characteristics: Sexual sadist, preys
on young blonde women that remind him of
    his cruel stepmother
    Weapon: 13th century Knightly sword

    Status
Most recent base of operations: Paris,
    Kingdom of France
Occupation: Freelance assassin for the Knights
    of Charlemagne, serial killer
    Prior occupations: Mercenary, soldier
    Roster of Immortals Status: Deceased
    Date: 1 Sept 1498
    Place: Paris
    Victor: Roman Alvarez
    Watcher: Research, Western Europe

    Background
    Original cultural affiliation: Sicilian
Born: 1093, Palermo, County of Sicily
First death: 1127; In service of Roger II, Count
of Sicily, in conflict against Robert II of Capua and
Ranulf II of Alife, Papal Crusade
First teacher: Cantaber of Carthago Nova, at
this time a mercenary in service to Capua
    Known associates: Knights of Charlemagne
Known past associates: Cantaber of Carthago Nova
Known enemies: Spanish Cabal, Secret Immortals
    Society

First recorded sighting: 1200, Marseilles, Kingdom
of France. Recruited by Rosendo of Castile for the
Knights of Charlemagne to assassinate an English spy in
the court of Philip II of France

The Sicilian Immortal Angelico Borizo was a useful tool for the Knights of Charlemagne, carrying out their dirty work, the things they did not want to admit to, and in exchange, they shamefully ignored his extra-curricular activities: that of a killer of young women. Even though the French Immortals knew what he did, they tolerated it merely because he was effective killer of political opponents and threats to France. He carried out his assignments with relish and without question and in exchange they covered up his crimes. Despicable business!
Unfortunately for them, Borizo crossed paths with Spanish playboy Immortal Roman Alvarez in Paris in 1498, when he kidnapped a young woman Alvarez was romancing. She was his third victim in two weeks, but Alvarez, who despised beaters and killers of women, scoured the city for days hunting Borizo.
He finally found him before Borizo could finish off his latest victim and all the skills Borizo possessed could not save him from the flamboyant Spaniard. Truth be told, the Sicilian Immortal was nothing more than a sadistic thug and no match for Alvarez. Unfortunately, the death of Borizo made Alvarez an enemy of the Knights of Charlemagne and he was forced to flee France after a bounty was put on his head.

Hello Apollo, glad you liked my little yarns and gazillion updates lol Good story with Alvarez's first kills; Gascony - originally belongintg ot the Basque - was torn apart between the English and the French in the 13th and 14th century and was once under the tutelage of Spain before going back to France in 1453. It has been French ever since. Was Gris of Armagnac Basque ?
IMO Roman ought to have his kills in countries of the Spanish Empire which started developing between the 16th and 18th century. Mexico, South America etc..

I am also posting the complete listing for M.I.A Immortals on further posts.

    Cheers !

Hello, my friend! I'm back off holiday and looked forward to reading your latest updates. Once again, an outstanding job. Lots of interesting stories, but i particularly enjoyed the tales of the ancient Immortals who served King David, especially their ultimate fates. Some nice twists and turns there that i got a kick out of.

I've been going through my old files and i'll post the names of the Immortals i still have as active/inactive which are no longer on the updated lists. If you could help with the updates on those Immortals it would be much appreciated, thanks…

In the meantime, here's the first instalment of my next project for your perusal...

    THE CHRONICLE OF ROMAN ALVAREZ

    Eufemio Arispana

    Age: 249
    Known aliases: Edilbarto Agia
    Notable characteristics: Air of arrogance;
    misogynistic
    Weapon: Tizona sword

    Status
Most recent base of operations: Valladolid,
    Kingdom of Castile
    Occupation: Wealthy landowner, married into
    a rich family
    Prior occupations: Nobleman
    Roster of Immortals Status: Deceased
    Date: 13 June 1452
    Place: Valladolid
    Victor: Roman Alvarez
    Watcher: Martin Dominguez

    Background
    Original cultural affiliation: Catalan Spanish
Born: 1203, Pamplona, Kingdom of Navarre
First death: 1241; Murdered by the husband of a
woman he had flogged to death for refusing to sleep
    with him
    First teacher: Gris of Armagnac
    Known associates: None
Known past associates: Gris of Armagnac

    First recorded sighting: 1241, Pamplona.
Dug up from his makeshift grave by Gris of
Armagnac, told of the Game, and swore to one
day help Gris free Gascony from its French masters.

Roman Alvarez’s first recorded kill was the arrogant misogynist Eufemio Arispana, a prancing peacock whose self-importance caused him to look down his nose at anyone he deemed not in his social strata. At the time of his encounter with the dashing Spaniard Alvarez, Arispana was in an arranged marriage with a young mortal girl, daughter of a powerful nobleman, who Alvarez seduced behind his back. The girl, Amira, was treated badly by Arispana, beaten daily, and found solace in the arms of Alvarez who promised to steal her away to safety. But Arispana had spies among the servants and learned of his wife’s plan to leave him. Her body was found at the bottom of a staircase the next day and he payed off the local magistrate to declare the death an accident.
But Alvarez, who abhorred violence against women (he was even known to refuse to fight female Immortals), sought revenge and one evening a few days later, he snuck into Arispana’s bed chamber and confronted the arrogant Immortal. If Arispana believed his social status would help him prevail he was soon proven wrong; Alvarez had been trained by a master swordsman and soon had Arispana on his knees. Even in his last moments he refused to believe someone not even of noble blood could defeat him. Once again, Roman Alvarez proved him wrong.

In the Bronze Age, there existed powerful villains such as the Kurgan and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. But there were also heroes.
Around 1000 BC, in the Kingdom of David, ancient Israel, Immortal Dyonisius the Aeropagite gathered a cadre of Immortal men (and women disguised as men) to champion the Kingdom of David and protect their king. David is the young shepherd who challenged and killed the giant Goliath and was protected by Dyonisius from an early age before becoming a favorite of King Saul. In adulthood h became king, conquered Jersualem and took the Ark of the Covenant into the city, those deeds acompnished with the help of twelve powerful Immortal warriors.
While several texts down the ages state that "King David 's Mighty Warriors" numbered between 37 to 53, there was a core of twelve Immortals, plus Dyonisius, under the identity of Eleazar Ben Dodai, who trained and supervised 25 to 41 more men, all mortals… or otherwise, i.e pre-Immortals or Immortals. Watcher Research allows to identify the following Immortals as Dyonisius's Mighty Warriors as well as describe the different and separate fates befalling them.
The Mighty Warriors also took a stand against the Four Horsemn after their leader, Kronos, killed a close associate of Dyonisios, Abraham of Ur, a community leader and an ancient Immortal.

    Melitus, Achilles of Troy
First recorded sighting : N.A. Mentioned in the
12th Century BC Chronicles as a disciple of
Esarhaddon, possibly killed by the Four Hosemen

Zananzash body was found beheaded by his Watcher, evidences of a Quickening all around with his cannabis fields burnt to the grounds by the powerful Quickening signalling his passing. Several suspects come to mind like Silas and Shamsi-Adad of Assyria, but we have no concluqsive proof they ever challenged Zanazash. The neo-Hittite Immortal was the first drug-dealer/pusher of the Immortal world, prescibing recreative drugs to Immortals in need of means to sustain the courage and passion they needed in the Game. Even virtous Aganesthos of Tiryns wasn’t above asking “special medication” from him. Zananzash made several ennemies, like Rebecca and Achilles of Troy who hated seeing past friends and allies poison themselves with magic mushrooms and opium sold by the Hittite Immortal, so it is likely a benevolent Immortal decided to dish out justice to bring equilibrium to the Game.
The Quickening which destroyed Zananzash’s fields was a favor to the Immortals community. Unfortunately, Immortals and mortals learnt from him over the centuries and his legacy spread over the world, poisoning today’s youth.

    King David’s Mighty Warriors
First recorded sighting : 1194 BC. Egypt.
Zenobia mentioned him as his student in
    conversation with Methos

During the Iron Age, Ekron was a border city on the frontier contested between Philistia and the kingdom of Judah. Records of the Neo-Assyrian Empire also refer to Ekron. The siege of Ekron in 712 BCE is depicted on one of Sargon II's wall reliefs in his palace at Khorsabad, which names the city.
Records of Bostar's existence are due to Zenobia's conversation with Methos at the time of the Bronze Age collpse when sea-faring marauders led by the Four Horsemen brought about the end of the Hittite, Mycenaean and Mitanni kingdoms. Ramesses III (whom Methos served at this time) comments about the scale of the Sea Peoples' onslaught in the eastern Mediterranean, stating that it was less military operations than movements of large populations, by land and sea, seeking new lands to settle, terrorized as they were by the Horsemen. As for Bostar, he has been cross-identified in Memnet-Ra's journals as a quarry of Tizkar of Sumer.

    David’s Mighty Warriors
First recorded sighting : 1274 BC. Thebes, Egypt
Student of Ank-Psantek, later became his lover

Chamada's mark of note was to have been killed during the conquest of Syria by Muslim Arabs led by pre-immortal Khalid ibn al-Walid (aka Hamza El-Kahir). She was beheaded in duel by Lalica who suffered a personality alteration from the heavy Quickening she received, turning her into an agressive player of the Game. Like Lalica, she hid her feminine beauty behind male garbs ans usually avoided fighting those of her kind, preferring to let the Game be handled by younger immortals such as Lalica.

I won against Parthos of Aram fair and square, he owned sixty gold coins but he wouldn’t pay up. No one likes a sore loser. He even accused me of cheating, pretending I gave drugged water to his horses, riight !
When he challenged me to a fight, he found how a Horseman can deal sore losers and tried to recoil from the fight, but I wasn’t in the mood to let this slide and I went for he kill. I don’t regret not having spared his head, this was an Immortal with a solid reputation as a player of the Game who knew what he risked when he challenged others of his kind, and if I hadn’t taken his head, it would have been some other Immortal to be sure.

    Known ennemies : Kronos
First recorded sighting : 34. Galilea. Mentioned in
conversation between Xanthia of Melitus and
Marcus Constantine, reported killed by ‘the God of time’

Xanthia of Miletus once referrered to the fabled Samson, killer of Philistines with an ass’ jaw, as a fellow immortal and one murdered by the God of Time (in her own words). These tantalizing words allow us to probe in the origins of Samson the Israelite and to cook up a bio for him, albeit incomplete.
With Kronos often referring to himself as the God of Time it was easy to pin the blame of Samson’s death on the former Horseman – what a formidable immortal for him to kill ! – and to find a likely corcuimstance of First Death for him, when he angrily brought down a Phillistine temple with his bare force muscles and force of will. All the rest is only conjectural, no mentions of him have been found in the Ancient Chronicles archives sop far, but we do hope to build a more completeChronicle for the man once defeated by the sensual and dangerouns Delilah.

    K,nown associates : Xanthia, King David’s Mighty
    Warriors
First recorded sighting : 620 BC, Judea. Challenged
and killed by Ahaziah of Ramoth-Gilead

The ancient immortal Haiim of the Twelfth tribe several times referenced to his teacher as being ‘Yonathan the Israelite’, an Hebrew soldier who met his First Death defending the precious Ark of the Covenant from the Philistines in 1050 BC, thus marking him as an historically significant immortal. Although his chronicle is rather sparse, as are the chronicles of ancient immortals, who may place his final death in 620 BC in the Kingdom of Judea when Ahaziah of Ramoth-Gilead challenged him for reasons lost in time and killed him.
The tale of his final battle and of his fights against Artamanya of Ascalon and Natupolassor were found in ancient scrolls, carefully preserved for posterity along the centuries. However, we are only sure of the year of his final death. Also, given the name he chose for himself as ‘Ben Abraham’ (son of), we may ascertain that he was mentored by the legendary Abraham of Ur, a Mesopotamian immortal born in the early Bronze Age of the Far East.

First recorded sighting : 1270 BC. Mesopotamia

Research in the fortress of Mamnet-Ra allowed to find clues on the existence of six more immortals from truly ancient times, including two disciples of Oromedon of Urkesh and a songstress; the keeper of the Ark of the Covenant also related to Xanthia of Miletus; a chief of archers in Babylon related to the legendary Natupolassor; the first harlot in immortals history and a homewrecker andfinally a Kassite immortal briefly mentioned in an erarlier chronicle of Methos.
Those five immortals are recorded as missing because there are no clues on their final fates, though we can guess they must have been targeted by Memnet-Ra and/or by Tizkar of Sumer.

Rabbi Haiim sensed the presence of the Chameleon woman naming herself Ibn al-Talia, after the last immortal she challenged and killed. Knowing the reputation of the woman, he sought him out, on this most sacred of place - a holy city ! - and gave his challenge. My heart is divided : as a woman, the exploits of the Chameleon fill my heart with pride, as a Watcher, I tremble for the life of my charge : Haiim is a fighter, but also one of the oldest of his kind, at least two thousand years old, and thus a most important immortal.
One who witnessed the rise and fall of the Pharaohs of Egypt, who challenged the ancient Xanthia of Miletus - "Rebekah" - to whom he gave his true name in ancient Hebrew - Haiim "the living".
Haiim has been a traveller and a fighter for centuries, a prodigy of the sword, a force to be reckoned with : he clashed swords with the Kurgan, studied philosophy with the wise Tak Ne of Egypt, fought the Romans side by side with the great Gideon. Surely he will not lose in battle against that upstart who keeps stealing the names, clothes and swords of those she kills.
I am waiting, as all Watchers are boung to do, praying for the voctory of the great Haiim.

In 728 BC, Jamshed of Assyria was challenged to a fight by Magog of Ashur, whose final death by the blade of 'Orpheus' was well-documented. Since Orpheus wasn't the killer of Magog, it impled that Orpheus's murdered couldn't be Iphigenia either which allowed Watcher historians to place the immortal Proteus as the culprit behind those immortals deaths. Jamshed was a mercenary sword in Armenia at the time of his death and his last word, before his head fell were 'your turn next day, shapechanger !' Proteus was thus recorded as having killed seven immortals, each time taking their identities. Case closed.

    Known past associates : Magos of Ur;

First recorded sighting : 6th century BC Chronicles
Mentioned during takeover of Urartian Kingdom by
the Orontid Dynasty as a close associate of
    Magos of Ur and Inyotef

There is a brief mention in the scrolls of Memnet-Ra’s journals of how he offered a postion to Menuas of Urartu as a member of the Zodiac Brotherhood and was denied by the proud immortal who stated that he would never betray Inyotef and Magos of Ur. Memnet-Ra laughed at him and stated that soon the heads of Magos and Inyotef would roll – indeed they did in the middle of the 6th century BC – and his dominion over mortal kind would be insured. Menual challenged the Egytpian immortal, feeling confident in his sword skills but was overmatched by the ancient Egyptian. We do not know much about Menuas, but Magos and Inyotef wanted to bond with any ancient immortal they could find in the Near East coutnries in order to create an alliance against the ever-growing influence of Memnet-Ra over the immortals of the known world, even as few in numbers as they were. Eventually, it is Achilles of Troy who suceeded in doing this with the immortals he gathered in a bid to take Ra’s operatiosn down wxhen he took the Zodiac Brotherhood out in 203 BC.

When savage warrior Beadwhyrd of Ely killed the mysterious monk of Trent in 679, somehting must have happened to his psyche because he discarded his weapons his armors, forsook n entire lifetime of warfare and secluded himself in a monastery, never to play the Game again - with the expection of that Saxon knight in 745, legitimate defense of his monk brothers. The incident of 679 is akin to the experience lived by Darius and others of their kind over the centuries : were a Dark Quickening turns heroes into rempaging villains, 'Light Quickenings' turn warriors and villains into men of peace, seemingly. While the DQ incidents have been proven conclusively to exist, the LQs are so far based on theories, yet viable ones. We shall never know, unlike with Darius, how Beadwhyrd would have evolved over the centuries thanks to the interference of Ragnar Danneskjold, the accursed Viking who raided Lindsfarne Monastery, killined al present, desecretated the place and finally took thehead of the Briton immortal. And the so-called Light Quickening wasn't even passed on Ragnar, he remained a villain and plunderer through and through.

Uriah the Hitttie was a married man when he joined King David's Mighty Warrior and it turns out his wife Bathsheba had an affair with King David and bore the King a child. The King tried to hide his adultery by having Urriah abandon his position beside him and re-join his wife so they could sleep together, thus passing the child as Urriah's but Urriah's was on the frontline in wartime, and his honor commanded him to not leave his position. The infuriated king ordered his men to stay clear from Urriah and thus sentenced him to death. It was a temporary death for Urriah who came back from the field of battle to ravaged the kingdom, causing many deaths, including the King's child, David asked God forgiveness by touching the Ark of the Covenant, and thus a miracle came : the drought stopped as if it neaver had been. As for Urriah, he left the Kingdom, never to be seen again while his treacherouus wife eloped with King David and later born him a legitimate son who became King Solomon.

    Anatellon, 1st century AD

Two hundred years before Amalettu the first Watcher started writing the chronicle of the legendary Gilgamesh, there were few immortals walking the earth, whose existence are to be found recorded in tiny and obscure fragments of carefully preserved chronicles : Inyotef, the oldest immortal of Egypt, Methos the oldest living immortal and Abraham of Ur who allegedly survived the great flood in times when Ur was the richest city in Sumer. This would be in 2807 BC, at a time a comet-triggered megatsunami ravaged entire parts of the known world.
Legends want Abraham to have survived this terrible flood and transmitted the Stone of Methuselah from one immortal to another; until it landed in the hands of Aganesthos and then of Xanthia of Melitus. According to Xanthia (known to us as Xanthia of Melitus), Abraham of Ur did exist and safeguarded the stone of Methuselah for posterity when the comet hit, according to what Rebecca disclosed to her most trusted students.
The other proof we have of Abraham’s existence is a conversation between Prophet Elijah and the young Greek immortal Anatellon when Anatellon asked who was the oldest immortal : Elijah mentioned that Abraham of Ur certainly was the oldest confirmed, forgetting one named Methos and possibly ignoring the existicence of Inyotef.

    DEATHS LISTS 2000-2018
A tad too many deaths in the last eighteen years, those characters are interestign enough to deserve another go. This postponees the final Gathering to the next twenty years at least. And who knows how many more characters we will create in the near future ? (wink!)

And before you ask, the Immortals War remains untouched. God knows I reworked it enough to make it a coherent, interestign story !

Christiane has done very well in the Game, as well as putting her mark in the history of women in sports, pionnering the career of many women in activities such as horseriding, boxing, balloon flight, ice skating, volley bal and many others, showing to a male world that women have been worthy competitors ever since Kynista, a Spartian princess, won a race in the Olympic Games of 396 BC. One of the few immortal women to survive in the Game, Christiane had to fight off the utter contempt and hatred of countless men (both mortals and immortals) who viewed her as nothing more than target practice. The 'target practice' had centuries to hone her skills and to make herself a wel-deserved place in the world and might surprise everybody when she finds herself among the last surviors who will fight to the finish for the legendary Prize. In any case, she will be remembered as the immortal woman who had Nike gave her name to an ew brand of running shoe, the 'Swoopes Shoe'.

    Ginjer Thomas, 1996

Christianne Krause wanted to put her mark on the 2017 Marathon of London and she was quite a success, finishing among the twenty first runners, but the Game is ever-present and when she faced Grant Makim she was already exhausted after so much runnings. She offered to answer his challenge later, but Grant is a relentless killer who knows no delay. Christianne was one of the best fighters in the Game but somehow even the best lose their fire after centuries of playing. When she killed Fernao Gonçalves in Brazil, she decided ot retire from the Game. Grant Makim wouldn’t allow her some peace and he proved the best with a sword when he faced the Austrian woman. Fortunately, mortals interfered and he was forced to leave, snarling and swearing a rematch.

In the Game, the first victim is innocence, the innocence of children killed too soon, reborn to hunt or be hunted. Kenneth, Bossart, the Coyoteros are prime example of it as is Pilar Gonçalves from England who was taught by Jade el-Amin to use her innocent features as an advantage. Jade and Amanda were similar in all things, including the manner they mentored youg immortals. Trickery, deceit, lies, murder. Ever since her first death, Pilar has been killing her fair shaire of immortals, a lot of them wanting to use her, but some who weren’t evil. Still she killed, little by little becoming like Kenneth. Her last quarry was Harry Houdini the master escapist who saw clearly through her game and wasn’t above killing an immortal woman hiding behind the face of an innocent child. When Pilar saw her game was up she vanshied in a puff of smoke, litterally : a trick taught by Jade el-Amin.

Frankly I am surprised that there aren't more like him, working offshore, away from the perils of the Game, what better ways to do so than to work isolated from other immortals, in the middle of the sea. It's the riggs, or living in a cabin in the mountain. Next thing you know, an immortal will be living in an orbital station to avoid those of his kind !

He was reported to have funded the Spanish Cabal and gone in conflict against the SIS and later against th Knights of Charlemagne. A shadowy figure, Lidio lived in Southern Europe, living off funds accumulated during those terrible years, his mind unencumbered by the moral dilemnas or profiting from the suffering of the 50 Millions people killed or missing during last war.
Lidio Valora, who disappeared from Madrid at the beginnign of the war, reappeared in Angola as a businessman in oil production; the Portuguese ironically sought his fortunes in a land his people originally conquered and exploited, before moving to Braga, Portugal where he was located by Maria Do Carmo Correja’s Watcher.

He warned them to stay clear from his because he may be retired from the Game, but his Quing dynasty saber is still sharp and deadly in his hand. Not a good idea to antagonize a group like that which is why he settled in Abuja, Nigeria, joining the local Chinese community.

I heard about the dreaded Dark Quickening that turns a good immortal over to the forces of darkness, it consummates them utterly. I also heard of the Wendigo legend, the dark beast posessing those who commit the ultimate sin before the eyes of God : eating human flesh. Even under harsh conditions like beign trapped in a snow storm, it is a sin, it goes against every rules of the civilized world. And I wonder if the Wendigo truly posses him or if at some point Matthieu Devost killed an Immortal after a fight we aren’t aware of and was possessed by the Immortal’s power. Once a decent fellow, Devost became a crazed killer, leaving a trail of dismemebered bodies behind him. Matthew of Salibury was after him, I heard.
Appius Lepidus Baro also was on the trail of Devost, but Donald Black Bear got to him first, later proving to be possessed by the Wendigo like Devost before him. Black Bear is on the loose but I shudder when I think of an ancient and powerful immortal like Baro under the thrall of a Dark Quickening with the unnatural hungers possessing the mind of Devost, and now of Black Bear.

The Apostate sancioned a lot of Immortals over the years.
Here are the stories you wanted.

    Happy holiday!

    Cheers.
    G.

    Koriand Expediton

    ADDENDUM

The expedition led by Professor Koriand discovered the Order of Sacred Knowledge living in the Lost City fo Z, their temple and safe haven. The order couldn't let them go with with their lives, their anonimity now compromised so in a gesture of kindness, offered the six Immortals to serve them and stay with them, away from the Game... or else (else being the watchful Apostate). When finally Koriand and his friends escaped the City of Z the Apostate came after them and sanctioned them all with extreme prejudice. The Order of Sacred Knowledge finally moved out fo the Matto Grosso and settled in Southern Greece, having stayed there for the past three decades. Sacred Order Chronicle Project.

Find remedies to sleeping sickness and smallpox
    Killing Millions of Congolese

Dying from paludism is in itself a metaphysical experiment : like being possessed by bad spirits who make you discover in yourself an abyss of cold darkness while your body is ravaged by fevers making you feel as is you were transported from the Sahel to Siberia. No matter how you are being covered to keep you warm, the cold is intense and coming from inside, turning you inside out, killing you after days and days of burning fever. When Lisa Mafamy eventually recovered, she had actually ded with her entire village, surrounded with the corpses of her friends and family. The only living person by her side was immortal Sekou Nrumah who sensed her new immortality while he was attending to the dying villagers.
There was nothing else he could have done. Sekou trained Lisa well and helped her join another clan in Sudan and taught her how to keep in touch with her clan's descendants.

1939 : the Red Army invades eastern portions of Poland stating the protection of Ukrainians and Belarusians as their operation's primary goal and Poland's "seizure to exist" as the justification of the action.
Grigori Sitchenko is reporting the ongoing invasion as wxell as reportign hte atrocities comitted by the Germans against civilias, the executions and reprisals.
The USSR started a campaign against Finland, known as the Winter War (1939–40). The war took a heavy death toll on the Red Army, the Six of Vinland found themselves facing the BMR but both group decided to avoid each other. Sitchenko found himself between the two factions, writing on the war against Finland, carefully omitting any details pertaining to immortal activity.
Axis forces led by Germany swept across the Soviet border on June 22, 1941. By the autumn the German army had seized Ukraine, laid a siege of Leningrad, and threatened to capture the capital, Moscow, itself. Nicholas Kuchinka defended Ukraine as best as he could, while his Russian colleagues put up the best front possible in Moscow.
Vera and Vasily Dionisy fought and killed two German immortals trying to capture Moscow, their only witness being Sitchenko who simply wrote around a powerful lightning storm which set fire to several partsof the city.
By the end of 1943, the Red Army had broken through the German siege of Leningrad and liberated much of Ukraine, much of Western Russia and moved into Belarus. By the end of 1944, the front had moved beyond the 1939 Soviet frontiers into eastern Europe. Soviet forces drove into eastern Germany, capturing Berlin in May 1945. The war with Germany thus ended triumphantly for the Soviet Union but not for hte unfortunate Sitchenko who mysteriously disappearedn his body found decapitated in e suburban home, later discovered as having belongd to Nikola Tesla.

Rabbi Isroel Scheinberg never re-appeared from deportation after his arrest by the Gestapo in 1944. With Jews of Norway being gassed immediately upon arrival in the death camps, our best guest is he got murdered immediately upon arrival, his body to be burnt beyong recovery in a crematorium. This is a safe guest, however he could have recovered before the arrival to the ovens and then been subjected to medical experimentation like that other immortal in Auschwitz. We cannot be sure since his Watcher was also arrested and reported M.I.A

Managed to get a wi-fi signal while on holiday with a spare half hour to browse your latest updates. I really enjoyed them, especially the latest exploits of The Apostate and the Koriand Expedition Immortals. It makes one wonder how many other missing Immortals simply went looking where they weren't supposed to and fell foul of the Order's cleaner...?

Btw do you have the chronicles of the Immortals on the Koriand Expedition, and also those of the Immortals experimented on and murdered by Nikola Tesla?

    Cheers

He was a beast ! A real psycho ! A murderer and he really had it in for the Lightning woman. Fifty years ago he raped her and mutilated her after murdering her friends and family in barbaric ways, using techniques that no civilized man would dare to use. Then he hunted her down across the United States after terrorizing her.But gentle Chrystle has her bite, the spirits of her ancestors runs wild into her and she can be one savage hellion when needs be. She chose her ground, her weapon and faced what was to come, avenging the murder of her family.Nothing is known about Donald Black Bear, exept for his identity and his taste for cannibalim and ritualistic murders. No trace is to be found about him in the chronicles, aside an ancient story about how James Coltec the Hayoka fought a demon-bear to a standstill six hundred years ago, in what is today known as Illinois. The Black Bear used to be a powerful immortal, skillful to destroy innocent lives; Coltec apparently failed to kill him, so it was another Native American who had to do the job centuries later.

Great Fire of Chicago, witnessign the fight
    between Kellistra and King Minos

From the Records of the Tribunal
    The Chronicles of Basil Morgan

They say that during global catastrophes like the Ice Age, megatsunamis, earthquake or the asteroid that wiped the dinosaurs out, only small species no bigger than my hand will survive. I guess that's true, since the dinosaurs left the place to small mamals that later evolved in to Homo Sapiens. I guess the same is true for some immortals : the discret, silent ones, those who know they cannot live by the sword and need to use their brains in order to keep their heads on their shoulders. A good example of this would be Basil Morgan, Amanda's fence from Toronto. Let's take a look at all the dramas and he survived :
1866 sees the Great Fire of Chicago and the first sighting of Morgan by a Watcher. A battle had started between Cybelle McWirter (aka Kellistra) and an immortal calling himself "King Minos". The latter's quickening set fire to a barn, a fire which due to a combination of bad luck torched the entire city. The mouse-faced immortal was here, out of the way, and managed to survive.
In 1912, Basil sailed for New-York on the largest, safest boat ever built by man : the Titaninc. We all know what happened to that boat. Basil became famous for being one of three immortals to survive the catastrophe : Amanda, Duncan MacLeod and himself.
In 1985, Basil Morgan settles in Toronto's Chinatown as a fence, gaining the confidence of immortals such a Amanda, Corey Raines and Viktor Hansen. Scoping out the local underground, he becomes a well-liked fence. Making sure a church or a shrine is in the vicinity and keeping his sword in reach. Surprisingly, Basil survived the end-of-century Gathering when so many immortals felt the urge to kill each other endlessly. But that was close.
That's a recurring pattern for the man : a skinny immortal who you wouldn't expect to live out his first decade of immortality and, using his brains, manages to live through one hundred and ffity years.

    Simon Killian
    Status
Most recent base of operations : Birmingham,
    England
    Occupation : Colonel, British Army
Roster of Immortals Status : Deceased
    Date : 18 Sept 1995
    Place : Birmingham
    Victor : Helen Bondeville, SIS
    Watcher : Andrea Henson

    From the Tribunal :
The following is to be entered on the records of the SIS activities

Finally the old bastar is dead. After fifty years of evading the pursuits of the Secret Immortal Society for his war crimes in the Trenches, in Crimea, in India, in Kenya, for causing the needless death of countless civilians and British officers, of Zulu warriors , of German soldiers during the Great War and WWII, the SIS found his trace, in the heart of Birmingham where he was hiding in plain sight. Helen Bondeville stationed in Birmingham hunted him to the outskirts of the city, where no camera would observe his execution, and put an end to his madness and his fanatism for wars.
For fifty years European nations have been living in peace, the colonial empires crumbled under their weight, but Colonel Kilian would never change. The last time he nearly lost his head was when Duncan MacLeod hunted him after his execution in 1918, but I guess his time was up this year.

    Status
Most recent base of operations: Liverpool (we already have a SIS operative in Birmingham)

    Victor:
    Watcher: SIS Watcher Team

Alice Ming has been seeing Sean Burns again, the nightmares from her past came back : her First Death and rape in 1832, her investigation of the Connoisseur’s crimes in 1842, the Asian Immortals from the criminal Chinese undergrounds she had to kill over the years, her investigation of the Rape of Nanking, all of this has brought back terrible memories from the past. While this is a tough woman she reached her breaking point and needs her rest. Her best therapy so far is her involvement with the online Chinese community with which she runs non-profit social events in Liverpool’s Chinatown, though this is not enough to alleviate her burgeoning depression.

    Black Friar Dafydd Huws
    Background
    Original cultural affiliation : Welsh
    Born : 1937; Carnathen, Wales
First death : 1969, Taken in quicksands while
    trekking in the forest
    First teacher : N.A
Known associates : Black Friar mental patients
First recorded sighting : 1999, outskirts of
Carnathen. Mentored by Rhiannon Teague after his
body was recovered during swamps cleaning
    Operation sponsored by government

When the intact body of Dafydd Huws was recovered near Carnathen, the scientific world was puzzled at seening an delirious man who somehow survived drowning in quicksands and talked like a man born in the 1930’s. Rhiannon Teague got wind of the affair and investigfated the matter, finding a new immortal; she took he matter in her own hands after warning the SIS which put pressures on Wales agencies to release Huws to the competent hands of Teague. Dafydd Huws became a permanent guest at Sean Burns’ Black Friar Asylum after it became obvious the man would never recover his sanity : drowning again and again for thirty years, sliding from half-consciousness to coma, with watery sand in your lungs is bound to destroy your psyche. Dafydd Huws thinks himself back in the Carnathen of the 1960’s; oblivious to the outside world, his mind forever gone.
When the Immortals War erupted and the other immortals patients of Burns rioted, Dafydd was away with the fairies, so to speak, and was never aware of it.

    ADJUSTEMENT
Since I had a little too many deaths in the US Northwest during the 1990's, here are a few Immortals for your Inactive lists. Not that it will make any difference when the Gathering comes...
    As far as the 1990's deaths toll is concerned, there is also the interference of Rita Luce and James Horton's death squad who killed 23 Immortals. 1970's : 126 deaths, 1980's : 156, 1990's : 187 + 23 killed by Watchers;
2000's : 226, showing how violence is escalating. 2010's so far : 300 with the Immortals War.

If you asked John Garrick about his mental health problems, he’d be the first to tell you he’s beaten it, he’s cured. Frued thought so. Jung thought so. Even Sean Burns, the noted psychotherapist and his fellow man, is convinced of his recovery I guess you have to be his Watcher, not his shrink, to see that all is still not well in the mind of Garrick the Stonecutter. Some say Garrick has been crazy since he was born, that his lifelong gift of Vision and his insanity both flow from the same dark recess of his mind. But the Chronicles show that for the first 400 years of his life, Garrick was a gentle and loving soul—good husband, good friend- who viewed his gifts of sculpture of Vision, and of immortaliy all as blessings from God, whom he praised through his stonework on churches throughout England. It is only after 1662, with the fiery death of his last wife, Julianna, and his own subsequent burning at the hands of an ignorant and superstitious mob, that his personal demons began to overpower him. And now, after 400 years of first hand knowledge of how mankind treats its insane, Garrick can walk the walk and the talk the talk of sanity. He knows the jargon, he knows the craft of the shrinks. He says he knows how the mind works, and indeed he does. Only, it’s not a healthy mind, he understands—its his own. The danger will come when he decides to use that knowledge.

In light of the description of the Bronze Age Methos given by Cassandra to Cleophon of Athens, confirmed by Methos himself – a warrior clad in white, with a skull-shaped mask wearing war paints – one might infer that the mysterious stranger calling himself White Skull, a medecine man in the American West of 1730, may well have been the elusive Methos. The chronicle of Cheyenne immortal Little Robe describes his teacher as speaking with a British accent, sporting a beak-shaped nose and having wreaked havoc on mortal kind ages ago. Methos having been in San Francisco in 1795, where he killed the Celt immortal Vergolix, it is likely he may have mentored Little Robe in South Dakota sixty years before.

In the middle of the 17th Century, Basil is killed during tenement fire with his wife and adopted child and survive by fleeing to the New Continent, before being able to return to his homeland decades later.

Basil became famous for being
one of three immortals to survive the catastrophe : Amanda, Duncan MacLeod and himself.
In 1936, Basil is living as a Jewish tailor in Berlin during the Nazis rise to power. He survives by staying out of the way and turning into a cemetery caretaker in Munich until 1942 when he is rounded up by nazi soldiers to be sent to Dachau. Basil killed the soldiers and fled into the night.
Fifteen years after settling in Toronto, Basil moved to New Orleans where he lived on the border of the law until Erika came around. The Americans had sown the wind with their pollution, their reaped the whirlind. Marie Laveau, Papa Beloved and Basil sTodd their grounds and helped many imperished mortals to survive, all those the US government had left out.

See ? That's a recurring pattern for the man : a skinny immortal who you wouldn't expect to live out his first decade of immortality and, using his brains, manages to live though three hundred years of perils.

Known past associates : Eporedotix, Paul Karros,
    Rutilius Gallicus, Pacatian of Orleans
Known ennemies : Obelix, Vorlix of Gergovia
First recorded sighting : 52 BC. Battle of Alesia
Fighting the Romans with Vorlix and Caratarix,
    aka Methos

Most have known Obelix as a fierce Celtic warrior, but that was not all their was to him. Reports in all of his chronicles note that he was a happy man who took great joy in life. From the moment his feet hit the floor in the morning he was smiling and whistling. He found great joy in everything he did. He was a cunning warrior, but he was also a gifted metal craftsman. He could turn gold and silver metal into beautiful yet practical tools. He often gifted his students with swords that he handcrafted for them.
I don’t believe that Grayson knew that Obelix was here when he rode into the village looking for a blacksmith. But when they saw each other a fight was not far behind. Obelix considered both Darius and Grayson as enemies for the attack that destroyed the village he was living in at the time. That was when Grayson and Darius were determined to conquer all of Europe.
He nearly killed Darius when he ran into to him in Paris. Darius came off holy ground to face Obelix, and told him that he could not and would not fight him. Darius said, “Nothing I do can make up for the pain I have caused you or others that I have harmed. My only way to atone for the wrongs that I have done is to try to live each day in peace and help others. I will not fight you. If you must kill me, than you must do so now.” Obelix would not kill an unarmed man and saw that Darius had truly changed and left. But Grayson was another matter altogether, he was not repentant or apologetic priest living a life of poverty, chastity, and piety. Grayson was an arrogant warlord counting his spoils that he gained from raiding eastern kingdoms in the name of Christianity. Obelix fought valiantly but Grayson was better, and so ends the chronicle of Obelix of Gaul.

To Zoraida, immortality had no meaning, only the beauty of the Quran, the peerless worlds of Allah, the friendship of Haroun al-Rashid (thrice blessed be his name) and of the Western woman, Rebecca (aka Xanthia of Melitus). She lived for her poetry, for the laughs of her friends, the smile of a child (she helped to give birth to many) and took delight in her writing. Then that Moorish beast bearing a Christian name came to Oran, sacked the city and destroyed the world of Zoraida, killing her friends, burning her books, before taking her head. A noble woman is gone forever, the legacy of Haroun al-Rashid is now extinct with the death of Hamza el-Kahir, and with Iman Fasil having turned to his own darkness.

Even before his First Death, Joshua Boone was mentally ill, hiding his compulsive, depressed behavior behind acts of vandalism and thievery that led him to the gallows when he was framed for the massacre of an entire family, found on the crime scene in a pool of blood. He was hung without a trial and buried in an unmarked grave from which he was dug up by Walter DeGrey, fellow Englishman and savvy player of the Game.

Walter taught Joshua what he could and left him on his own after a few years spent together. Left alone, Joshua went back to his depressed state until his encounter with stonemason John Garrick who told him of a legendary city located somewhere in England where Immortals dwelt: the disenfranchised, the infirm, the ugly, the murderers, all their sins redeemed. While some old chronicles write about the cult of the ancient god Baphomet, held by Immortals, there is no conclusive proof of the existence of “Midian”, the place Garrick referred to and whose legend made its way into the feverish imagination of horror writer Clive Barker.

Or maybe Garrick was referring to St Cristopher? No one knows for sure, but Boone believed in it and spent his immortality searching for “Midian” until he met up with Tabitha Kinsey whom he mistook for a kindred soul because of her misshapen face. Boone didn’t survive his encounter with Tabitha, which is a shame; maybe he could have led up to Midian…

On the Black Continent, 1960 became known as 'the Year of Africa' with Belgian Congo, Togo and Somalia claiming their independance from the empires that kept them under their rule. Echijole Jimah, always one to fight for a rightful cause fought for the emancipation of those three countries and got caught in the schemes of Erik De Pre, a Walloonian involved in the Congo Crisis. Closely working with Sunda Kastagir, Bebe Kiamonni and Sekou Nkruma she worked on the revolutionnaries ' side and found herself in conflict with De Pre whose games of politics were putting the newly independant country in danger. Echijole interfered and took the head of De Pre, but unfortunately couldn’t prevent the subsequent civil war that took place between 1961 and 1963.

John Rhodes is the man who taught Frank Bascombe and Girk Coejeman eveything they knows about the Game, about hunting colored people so that the One may be the white man as it is the will of God. Jews, blacks, Asians, Pollacks, none of them are safe in South Africa, for John Rhodes is watching us, keeping us safe from the black Satan.
He killed five immortals in one century and could have killed three more, but Rhodes is a patient man : he has files on the immortals of South Africa, he knows where they are and that he can easily defeat them.

Culbraith was pretty good with a sword and had a chip on his shoulder the size of Detroit, but somehow I found it hard to be intimidated by a guy who's still wearing leisure suits in the '90s. No wonder the peace-loving Methos thought he could turn this guy from the dark side -- Culbraith was nothing more than a Bad Guy Wannabe. He was a villian seriously in need of a makeover if he wanted to compete in the big leagues. Face it, the Kurgan would have had this guy for lunch.

There is not one “Methos Chronicle” per se as much as there are threads, pale and finely spun, weaving their way in and through all the other chronicles. The trick to researching Methos is to find a thread and follow it as far as you can go before it disappears again. Much of what is “known” about the elusive oldest immortal is based on vague rumor, innuendo. Much of it is also wrong. While he can be placed in Sumer during the Early Dynastic Period, and later in Ur in the 2nd Millenia BC., he is most likely not Sumerian. While there is evidence to support his presence in Egypt in three separate periods, he is not Egyptian.
Whatever his origin, he has been many things since; he has been a slave and a god and all manner of men in between. He has been described as a huge bear-like man, with a deep booming voice; a fearsome warrior, noted for his wisdom and his cunning; a natural leader of men who would eagerly lay down their lives for him. Earlier Methos Research has speculated that Ahaziah of Ramoath Gilead was one of Methos alias, but if that were the case, Methos died in Lutetia in 423 AD in front of a number of witnesses. But I do not believe that is the case. One can still see his trace in the Chronicles, as recently as three hundred years ago. I believe that Methos is still out there, somewhere ready to be found if we can just locate the proper thread and follow it to its natural conclusion.

    Adam Pierson
    Research Western Europe
    Paris, January 1995

ADDENDUM: I’ve left this tissue of lies and half-truths “huge,bear-like, man, with a deep booming voice”?
Only in your dreams, Pierson!) in the Methos profile, because I think the lies he chose to tell us about himself are as illuminating as the few actual tidbits of truth he wanted to make sure we knew about him. As infuriating as Methos’ infiltration of the Watchers and his “doctoring” of the truth has been to us all, I believe that with careful study, it will reveal as much about the man that I’m sure he’ll wish we never knew. Take for example how careful he is to disprove the Ahaziah-theory-as much as he may want to stay hidden, he is vain about his life and his achievements and can’t bear to have them attributed to another. And there are even a few bones he’s thrown in for us: “later in Ur in the 2nd Millenia BC”- the Watchers currently have no records from this period on any Immortals- “there is evidence to support his presence in Egypt in three separate periods “-we’ve only confirmed evidence of Methos in Egypt in the reign of Merneferre Ay. Now, whether he’s done this to help us out or just jerk our chains remains to be seen. Or maybe he was just bucking to make his alter-ego Adam Pierson “Watcher of the Year.”

Yes! Really loved what you did with Jacob of Ashkelon. An Apostate before Kotys the Hunter? Genius idea!
And the fact the new Apostate set out to eliminate his predecessor was also a nice twist and proof of how far Kotys will go to preserve the secrets of the Order.
Still got to wonder though whether Methos is aware of the Order or not. The Order obviously knows all about him....

First recorded sighting: 2006, Geneva, Switzerland.
    Student of Boyer

Ivor thought he could take on Amy Ross, a student of the great Henry of Kent, and was sadly mistaken when the relatively young woman landed him on his knees and took his head, stating that men of his generation have no better manners than the ones who challenged her decades ago.
Found and mentored by Keith “crazy weasel” Boyer, Ivor was infected with the aggression coming from the young Immortal and thought the best defence was attack. He expected to take on one Immortal after another, figuring he had all the time in the world to win the fabled Prize; he would go from one city to another, posing as a college student, living large and enjoying his immortal youth. But he stayed the computer geek he used to be, and no one would talk to him because of his insufferable arrogance and chauvinistic attitude to foreign students.
When at last he met his first Immortal, sweet-natured Amy, he thought himself lucky and lost his head before he even got to lose his virginity.

    First recorded sighting: 1348, Newcastle.
As pre-Immortal, mentored by John Garrick,
taught of the Game after his First Death

In the 108th year of his immortal life, Anthony Bainard was working on a sculpture of the Virgin Mother and her child to celebrate the nativity by the end of December. The Virgin Mother was nearly done, the baby Jesus looked beautiful, as if coming alive in the hands and tools of Anthony.
The young Immortal was respected by his peers and avoided the company of other Immortals as much as possible, having been forewarned by his master, John Garrick, that a Scot would come after him and end his life. So, Anthony stayed in England and never set foot in Scotland.

Alas, William Campbell of Strathclyde was a man who liked to hunt outside of Scotland and had already killed an English Immortal in 1376. When William heard strange stories of a stonecutter who seemingly kept his youthful appearance when others grew old and died past the age of thirty, he started hunting again.
On the 23rd of December, Anthony Bainard’s head fell to the ground, his Quickening lit up the sky and destroyed the last of his work, because of a Scottish murderer who never saw the beauty his quarry created.

First recorded sighting : 1975. Memphis TE
Convinced Goodman Fletcher to lay down his
sword and to spread his message of everlasting
peace, Fletcher was killed shortly therafter

Ah Vincent ! Lost somewhere on a road, looking for an unattainable goal he never could reach. Born in a time predating the Game, seeing the folly of it but never realising the Game was such a part of Immortality that both could be never be parted. I long suspected Vincent was older than I am, but who can prove it ? When I spoke to him the first time, he never realised who I was and I seriously believed his mind had crumbled when Iistened to his idiotic antics about fear being the source of all evil on earth. The source of evil is us, of course. Just us. What I find truly shameful is how his "teachings" led other Immortals to their death, which is a perversion of his message of peace : lay down your sword so we all live together like a big happy family. Well, all families are dysfunctional and have their nasty elements. Like my dearly departed family.

From the Journals of Adam Pierson, 2017

The Messenger, aka the Apostate I
From the Chronicles of the Sacred Order research project

One upon a time, the Apostate role wasn't given to Kotys the Hunter but to an ancient and wise Immortal who discovered the secret of Memnet-Ra and his infamous Zodiac Brotherhood, a man driven to world dominion by using Immortals as his pawns, like pieces of chess, and started the sick heresy known as The Game. Two thousand years of pointless killing the man known as the Apostate decided to stop. Thus was born the legend of the Messenger, an Immortal who betrayed his pledge to the Order of Sacred Knowledge and stopped killing his own kind, in the name of peace. For eleven hundred years - from the day he left the Order to his untimely death in 1996 - the Messenger scoured the world, looking for Immortals ready to listen to his message, going so far as to pose as Methos, the oldest living man. His identity still remain one of the best kept secrets of the Order. In time the Order forgave his betrayal and he was replaced with a more ruthless Apostate, Kotys the Hunter.
Kotys himself sought to kill him : not only for betraying the Order but also because of the trail of bodies the Other Methos left in his trail : good men and women who forsook the Game and paid the ultimate price for it. Eventually, a Kurgan wannabe named Wilhelm Kliest (aka William Cullbraith) cheated Kotys out of his assignment, but the damage was gone : had it not been for the Messenger and his preaching, many more Immortals would live to this day and now that the Gathering is coming by the end of the next decade, The Sacred Order works to preserve the secrets of the Immortals so their existence be never forgotten. And this is a true testament of the wonders Immortals and Watchers could do together.

Martin Hyde trained Christoph Koenig well and turned him into an unredeemable bastard and killer of yougn Immortals as were all the Immortals from his line of students. Exept Christoph didn't kill seasoned Immortals, his preferences went to Immortal women. Koenig lived for the thrill of the hunt and specialized in women since he was taught early they could be as dangerous as wilcats or black spiders; he killed six that we know of until he crossed the path of Kristin Gilles whom he though to be his next quarry, but he was the one to be picked off : she seduced him out of his wits, they spent a few months together until he tired of her and tried for her head. But this is a wicked woman who knows her way with poisoned daggers and sword. She launched her blade through his heart and took his head, scoring another Immortal like the praying mantis she proved to be.

First recorded sighting: 1787, Valley of Mampang,
China. Inconclusive fight against Zai Jie.

Carter Hawk had only one passion, only one love: unearthing ancient treasures, discovering forgotten civilizations and old languages. While this would rank him as a favorite Immortal among historians and researchers in Watcher circles, Carter lived also for the Game, for the thrill of battle and for the Prize. But this was second only to his love of archaeology. He was first spotted on Watcher records in the Mampang Valley of China, when he met and challenged Immortal Zai Jie over the digging of an ancient temple. The fight was interrupted by an abrupt landslide, Carter just left the area.

He was seen combing the four corners of the world, digging forgotten treasures and occasionally playing the Game. In 1861, he married a pre-Immortal girl and trained her in fencing and archaeology, but never managed to make her a happy woman. Urania soon left him alone, and Carter resumed his life.

In 1990, he returned to the Valley of the Kings in Egypt where he challenged Connie Richland, another Egyptologist trying to learn more about Pharaohs’ subjects and life in ancient Egypt, Connie fought Carter and won. While Carter was a dedicated player of the Game and a proficient earth-digger, he forgot one thing: to be a man, a human being, and this, somehow, is what lost him when he underestimated, first his wife, then Connie Richland.

I actually like the stats and background on Borin Forthwind as a victim of Kenneth. But i agree that his name is a bit D & D fantasy, so i decided to check out the Saxon names and have now updated thus:

    Borin Forthwind becomes....

    Breid of Wessex

Known aliases: Bula of Hastings, Bitel Fossard

I'll see if i have Erik De Pre and i'll post those other chronicles i have.

Thanks Apollo. I gave a different background to Borin, now named Ioan Gruffud (aka Borin Forthwind of England), born In the Kingdom of Wales.
"Borin Forthwind" is a fantasy name actually, it doesn't exist anywhere on sites referencing medieval English names. He would more be a Dungeons & Dragons kind of character.
As for Alphonse... well, I must have disliked him and I already have a Frenchman killed during the One-Hundred Years War.

In the last nine years since we started this gig on the HLBB I deleted 370 characters with valid reasons... and recycled one hundred of those.
I have presently 3,730 Immortals on my lists.

The stats on your files do look great.

Would you have a character named Erik De Pre on you lists ? Killed by Seraphina in Sout hAfrica.

Okay, my friend, here's the first of the deleted chronicles. I only have a few of them though. I must have deleted the others:

    Alphonse of Normandy

    Known aliases: Albert de Hauteville
    Notable characteristics: 5’ 7”; overweight
    Weapon: Two-handed broadsword

    Status
Most recent base of operations: Caen, Normandy

    forces, Hundred Years War
    Roster of Immortals Status: Deceased
    Date: October 1450
    Place: Caen
    Victor: Lothar I
    Watcher: Frederique de Gris

    First teacher: Marie-Louise Biez
    Known associates: None
    Known past associates: Marie-Louise Biez

First recorded sighting: 1347, outskirts of Rouen, Normandy.
Found and mentored by Biez during Black Plague
    years

The fight was brief, Alphonse pitted all his strength against the mercenary in service to the invading English, to no avail; Lothar was a player of the Game for centuries, he was fast and mean, has speed while Alphonse was an overweight aggressive Immortal who only knew brute strength without any fighting skills. That is why he lost.

Known past associates: Bartholomew of Wessex
    Known enemies: None

First recorded sighting: 1101, Tinchebrai, Kingdom

I suppose that after two years of travelling with Borin and being little more than his hired help receiving only scraps of food for his good services, Kenneth decided his time as Forthwind’s lackey was over. When he lured Borin into the old abbey, the man from Wessex didn’t suspect the place was derelict and contained none of the treasure Kenneth promised. The Saxon boy buried his accomplice up to his neck with crumbling stones before taking his head, mockingly stating that one should take better care of the people who he chooses to travel with.

passing herself off as a captain of Henry VIII’s army

Soft-spoken, shy student of Edwina who never really recovered from being raped and murdered by English soldiers during the War of Henry VIII. Became a doctor to help the poor and suffering and has been avoiding the company of Immortals as much as possible with the exception of Edwina’s other students and her friend Grace Chandel.

The murders of Bethany Clarke and later Edwina have fuelled in her a wish for revenge; while not a vigilante, she embarks on a quest for the Hauser brothers and for Capito whenever she hears news of them.
