These are very nicely made! They remind me of the work of a member who was active here some years ago - before the hacking of the old Board. Some of his work was actually used as prop swords on the Highlander TV show and maybe one or more of the movies. I wish I could remember his name.

sal d'aquila ran point gallery, he worked on the show, but the musashi is not the season 1 prop, it is a commercial version of it with a redone head and the bottom two panels flipped. he said it was the true season 1 highlander katana but that was hyperbole.

zeist armories continued the work that jose de braga started for albion and ZA released some of jose's pieces. they are still open and offer a 3d model of the third piece on etsy

texas steel armor, he had the season 1 prop and highlander 1 swords, and some other stuff he didnt duplicate. last i heard hes not honoring his orders, there's one going back almost a decade.

Thanks for your comment Durandal. Maybe it was Sal who was an active member here. The name seems familiar. The man I remember also had a son who was an active member here.

I love looking at these. They're a delight. I could never afford the swords, even now.
