The expedition led by Professor Koriand in 1965 sought the lost city of Z in the Matto Grosso and disappeared, never to be seen again. This pack of immortals was made of pacific souls, led by a passion for discovery and adventures:
Teophile Koriand was mentored by Carmen Morales, a Mayan immortal who changed forever his outlook on the Precolumbian world, proving to him that Europeans and set foot on Latin America centuries before Colombus came to the Americas.
Cypriano of Ghent was challenging the rules of the mortal world before the taste of adventure took him beyond the seas, already involved in a revolution in pre-immortal life, involved in countless revolutions and having gained the ennemity of Paul Karros - Cypriano was a true beliver and idealist, while Karros is an opportunist.
Mark Falconer was as gifted in digging up old ruins as he was in decyphering old texts, wether in India or on the African continent, and in the Game smartly used a whip to disarm his opponents before killing them - although not permanently.
Harrison Goldberg is known for having suffered one of the most unique and unpleasant First Deaths in immortals history, but his teacher was a hot-blooded woman who turned his imperialist, mysogynist views of the world around, forever altering his perception of the negros race. He was never the same after Maple left him, and sought her out as much as he sought to dig up buried old cities.
Jack Hermandez, the film-maker of the group, cynic, opportunist, treasure hunter seeking to line his pockets so his film production empire could grow. He sought to become richer than any of the 1960's Hollywood films moguls.
Eleanor Holland, the only woman of the group, serving as assistant secretary to Koriand, playing the shy mouse, who astonished her male counterparts when she faced a a tribe of Amazonian headhunters by single-handedly freeing her captive collagues before dispatching the Amazonians on her own. A resourceful woman who was once mentored by a black woman, discovering of negro people could be as clever as white people, setting her on a course to promote equality of races during the civil rights movement of the 1960's in America.
Whatever happened to this group is unknown to us.
