Hmmm, yeah, this one is really a matchup. Both are fairly brutal men with blade/fight experience. Durgan has the size, but never the skill, just brute force and he's out of practice. I think I will put two bucks on Kincaid for his more extensive dueling experience.

It really depends on whether he is the Kirin we see in his episode, or really the nasty piece of work he was as Kage. Kage would take Tarsis' head. Kirin would not. It does say "If Kage's total is higher after applying special skills, the fight ends in a draw." So, there you are. Tarsis can not win.
